Centennial
Unincorporated suburbs. Centennial would be a sleepy, uninteresting outskirt of the Las Vegas metropolitan area if not for the pockets of geographic beauty. Lone Mountain is a solitary rocky butte disconnected from the greater Red Rock National Conservation area - a substantial community has been built around its perimeter. On the border between Centennial and North Vegas lies Tule Springs, a natural oasis of small lakes and wetlands that houses Floyd Lamb Park. Lastly, taking I-95 N out of Centennial and the greater metropolitan area would bring one upon the Las Vegas Paiute Colony, an autonomous reservation.
The evacuation of Centennial has been mixed; many residents do not believe any mayhem from Downtown and Paradise would have any reason migrating this far north in the city. The Paiutes are far more cynical and less optimistic; already resentful of the local government and their treatment, they've only doubled down on their autonomy. With the collapse of federal order and law in the City, they've made very clear they intend to protect themselves and consider anyone, whether it be competitors or Jabberwock Security agents, to be trespassers who'll be dealt with.
Notable Locations: Tule Springs, Las Vegas Paiute Colony, Lone Mountain Regional Park
North Las Vegas
A working class area where the economy is supported by industrial manufacturing and distribution centers, North Vegas can be best characterized by a substantial number of residents below the poverty line and a crime rate far above the national average. The NLVPD are particularly brutish and corrupt, and the show COPS follows their activities, as well as being the inspiration for the show Nasty Boys. Gangs control large swaths of territory, and they are increasingly relied upon for protection as the city is plunged into martial law.
North Las Vegas is predominantly Latino and Black. Almost none of its residents can afford to evacuate and have remained behind, the high crime rate they've lived with leaving them largely indifferent to the impending martial law. This area, already a dangerous part of Vegas to be, is now even more likely to plunge further into violence and despair.
Notable Locations: North Las Vegas Airport, Florence McClure Women's Correctional Center, Apex Industrial Park, Bigelow Aerospace Headquarters

Summerlin
The most affluent and exclusive neighborhood in Las Vegas, referring to Summerlin as a series of golf courses with homes built around them would not be inaccurate. Residents of Summerlin have included celebrities, CEOs, and the most accomplished lawyers and physicians, and in 2007 it was named the "#1 best place to live and play" by National Geographic Adventure. Many residents have fled, but a select few have remained to protect their property from burglary and looting. Jabberwock Security has a strong presence here, paid additionally by the remaining residents to prioritize their safety.
Notable Locations: Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, Las Vegas Ballpark, Angel Park Golf Club, Suncoast Hotel & Casino
Peccole Ranch/The Lakes
Twin planned communities; both are surrounded by gates and walls. Almost every home in the Lakes features backyard access to the eponymous artificial waterways and lakes (formally named "Lake Sahara") which they're built around. These lakes and waterways can be used for leisure boating and swimming. Peccole Ranch features a series of interlocking greenbelts and golf course. Both communities are largely abandoned.
Notable Locations: Lake Sahara, Canyon Gate Country Club
Historic Westside
Sometimes referred to simply as "West Las Vegas", this historical district has been predominantly Black since the 1930's. Following the repeal of Prohibition, the legalization of gambling, and construction of Hoover Dam, an influx of Southern tourism caused casino owners to bar previously allowed Black patrons - in response, the Black community decided to open "its own Vegas" in this neighborhood. From the late 30's to late 60's, West Vegas was seen as a cradle of Black culture and Civil Rights nationwide. Clubs and casinos became regular haunts of notable celebrities such as the Ink Spots, Chubby Checkers, Sammy Davis Jr., Harry Belafonte, and even progressive White celebrities such as Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. In 1955 the Moulin Rouge, the first integrated hotel casino in Las Vegas, opened and quickly shuttered due to financial difficulties; nonetheless, it continued to serve as a communal meeting space up until the present.
Following the Civil Rights Act, the Westside began a steady decline. Laws forbidding redlining in the city allowed Black families to move out of West Vegas, and in the 1990's, the neighborhood was badly damaged when the Vegas Rodney King Riots spilled in. The area is presently under attempts to develop with many historic bars, clubs, and hotels listed under the National Register of Historic Places. Many residents of the Historic Westside could not afford to leave the city and are thus still in their homes. Gangs, including chapters of the Los Angeles Mob Piru, offer protection to the residents.

Paradise
Technically an unincorporated town, Paradise is where most people think of when they think "Las Vegas". Almost the entirety of the Las Vegas Strip is situated here, as well as the UNLV campus and McCarran International Airport. In spite of this, the name "Paradise" remains relatively unkown as all of the ZIP Codes serving the area are assigned the default place name "Las Vegas".
Most notably, the Las Vegas Strip serves as the home for the Luxor Hotel and thus Black Pyramid Wrestling. Jabberwock Security has a heavy presence, but their main concern is protecting the Luxor, which is a veritable fortress. As for the other hotels and casinos on the Strip? Well, what do they care if someone wants to hold court over the Exacilbur? Jabberwock has set up shop at Allegiant Stadium. While the University has been entirely evacuated, every hotel and casino is ostensibly open, hoping to cash in on any out-of-towners hoping to try their hand at a front row seat to the carnage. High stakes, risks, and gamble run in the blood of this city, indeed.

Southwest
Also known as "the Bastard Lands". Southwest Las Vegas was a quiet suburb before the Lockdown - with its proximity to I-15, it's one of the few sections of Las Vegas that quickly and thoroughly evacuated. In the wake of the exodus came the incursion of Dead Cell Inc; now the area is far from quiet. Various street gangs have begun to claim territory, a patchwork of dispute areas and turfs doting the area. From the Silverton Hotel, Dead Cell Inc. and their ruthless leader "The Bastard Warlord" Corey Bull have taken to ruling and molding the area into their apocalyptic vision of paradise.
Jabberwock has a low presence in this sector -- DCI has plaid nice and neither group is keen on getting into a full-on fire fight. While any attempts to leave the city via I-15 will encounter their perimeter, they're content to let DCI's paramilitary control this sector; it's merely less resources to allocate. Left to its own devices, DCI has stitched a loose ceasefire among the gangs, begun to smuggle supplies via the railroad, and construction of a mysterious structure.
Notable Locations: Silverton Hotel, Desert Oasis High School, Union Pacific Railroad Yard
